As mentioned in the intro, 

I have had the pleasure to train people of all genders and ages, no matter where they started their journey. I have seen clients who are committed and show up every day, or > 90% of the time, are more likely to succeed in achieving their goals. Change does not happen overnight as it is the testament to the proverb, Rome was not built in a day!

As of today, I have trained more than 100+ clients to transform their health through exercises and streamlined their lifestyle via customised diet plans/program. The stratification of doing job comes when my clients mention that I am being part of their journey to accomplish their goals.
